Who we help

Built for organisations
ready for what's next.

ALLANEX works with three kinds of client: organisations that need a technology strategy or architecture built properly, businesses whose operations have outgrown the way they're run, and organisations of any kind whose network, cyber and infrastructure need executive-grade ownership. Often it's more than one of the three at once.

Founders & CEOs

The company outgrew the way you run it. What worked at 15 people is failing at 60. Every decision about where the technology or the operation needs to go next lands on your desk without a real plan behind it, and the calendar is triage.

We take the weight: diagnose what's really dragging, design the strategy and architecture that should have existed already, and fix what's broken alongside your team. You keep the culture. You lose the guesswork.

Sounds like
  • "We've never actually written down where the technology needs to go. We just react."
  • "I'm still in every escalation and I don't know how to get out."
  • "Every process lives in someone's head, and two of those heads just resigned."

Executive teams & boards

Capable people, buried in the day job. Your leaders know the operation needs rework, or that the technology strategy has been assumed rather than designed. They also run the operation, which means the rework never gets more than a kickoff meeting and a Confluence page.

We bring the pattern recognition of having done this across dozens of businesses, plus senior technical hands that aren't already full. Your team stays in charge. We supply the momentum, the method and the awkward questions.

Sounds like
  • "The board wants a technology roadmap and nobody senior enough owns writing it."
  • "Sales and delivery blame each other, and both have a point."
  • "Our reporting takes ten days to produce and nobody trusts it anyway."

Investors & acquirers

The data room shows the numbers. It doesn't show the technology underneath them. When you're evaluating a technology business, most of the real risk and most of the real value sit outside the financials: the architecture, the security posture, the technical debt, the systems the business actually depends on. We run the technical and operational due diligence that tells you what you're really buying, before you sign.

Having sat on the operator's side of dozens of acquisitions, we know exactly where a tech business hides its problems, and what a data room never surfaces on its own.

Sounds like
  • "We're acquiring a tech business and need to know what we're actually buying under the hood."
  • "The target's technology looks fine in the deck. We need someone who can tell us if it'll hold up."
  • "Nobody on our side can tell real technical debt from a minor fix, and we're about to sign."

Technology-dependent organisations

You run on technology. You're just not a technology company. The network, the security posture and the infrastructure underneath your business have outgrown the current arrangement, whether that's an internal team without senior leadership, a provider nobody is really managing, or a strategy that was never actually written down.

We build the roadmap, design the architecture and take executive ownership of the function: the strategy, the vendors, the risk, the budget and the people, at a fraction of a full-time hire. Built on a career spent running network and cyber businesses, not reselling them.

Sounds like
  • "Our IT provider marks their own homework and I can't tell if we're getting value."
  • "We had a security scare and realised nobody at this table actually owns cyber."
  • "Network spend goes up every year and I have no way to judge whether it should."
