Diagnose. Design.
Deliver.
The sequence is simple, but the work is detailed. We start with the actual data, systems, architecture and people inside the organisation, then build a practical plan and stay close enough to make sure it works.
Diagnose
We spend time inside the business before making recommendations. Depending on the engagement, that may include reviewing financial and operational data, systems, service delivery, architecture, cybersecurity, contracts, vendors and management reporting.
The result is a clear view of what is working, what is not, what it is costing and which issues matter most.
Design
We work with the leadership team to turn the findings into a practical sequence of decisions and actions. Each priority is assigned an owner, timeframe, expected outcome and level of effort.
The aim is not to produce the largest roadmap. It is to identify the work that will create the greatest improvement and can realistically be delivered.
Deliver
We either remain involved to implement the plan alongside the existing team or hand over a clear roadmap, operating model or architecture that can be managed internally.
Progress is measured against the starting position using commercial, operational or risk outcomes rather than activity alone.
The rules we work by.
Senior people only
The person who scopes the work does the work. There is no leverage model and no junior learning on your invoice.
01Your systems
We work inside your PSA, your ERP, your infrastructure and your reporting, so what we build still runs after we leave.
02Measurable recommendations
Every recommendation carries a dollar value, a risk rating or a baseline. If we can't measure whether it worked, we don't propose it.
03Built to leave
Success is your team running the improved operation, or the new architecture, without us. That's the outcome we're paid for, not ongoing dependency.
